HSBC

Over the years I have worked on various projects for HSBC. The first thing I did back in 2015 was to look at their Core Retail app. The biggest retail bank in the world had a very dated and fiddly app back then. The idea was to push the vision of what a world class UX would be for them. A year later, I got involved with HSBC on a new programme designed for their top earning clients (yes, those we call High Net Worth Individuals). HSBC Jade was born. A world class service with premium offers and a 24h Concierge.
